THE QUICK CHOP – Terms and Conditions.

Introducing THE QUICK CHOP—our express dry-haircut service designed for those on the go, or for anyone who prefers to skip the wash and style. It’s also a great option for the sustainably-minded who want to avoid water and shampoo during their haircut.

This 30-minute service focuses purely on the cut, without any wash or style, which is reflected in the lower price. However, before you book THE QUICK CHOP, there are a few things to consider to ensure this is the right service for you:

• It’s not suitable for major transformations like going from long hair to a short pixie cut/restyle.
• Wet cuts or any cut that requires a wash and reset to be tailored and personalised are not possible with this service.

You’ll also need to arrive with your hair properly prepped: clean (or just a couple of days old), minimal product, worn down (no ponytails or clips), and in its best curl or natural pattern.

Since THE QUICK CHOP is a dry-cut only service, it’s essential to arrive on time, preferably 5 minutes early. If you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Important booking information:

• If you’re already booked for a regular haircut and wish to switch to THE QUICK CHOP, please give us at least 72 hours’ notice. We can’t make changes on the day of your appointment.
• THE QUICK CHOP can only be booked online and cannot be rebooked in-salon after your visit.
• If you book THE QUICK CHOP but need a wash and style on the day, you will be charged for a regular haircut instead.
